At Inkjets, we stand behind our printing supplies with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If your ink or toner cartridges are defective or do not meet your expectations, you can return them within 365 days of purchase for a full refund or replacement.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via email or phone with your order number and the specific details of the items you wish to return.
Receive Return Authorization
Once approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide a prepaid shipping label for defective items.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the cartridges in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the shipping box.
Processing and Refund
After our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your replacement cartridges within 3-5 business days.
